The project consists of 22 rental apartments in a residential building designed for varied living needs. The layout includes a mix of one-and-a-half to four-and-a-half room units across three levels. Each apartment features outdoor spaces, with some offering balconies and terraces. The building also includes common facilities such as bicycle parking, an underground parking garage, and adequate cellar spaces.

Unique characteristics of the apartments include all units equipped with separate entrances and a setup that allows for natural light to enhance living spaces. The offerings cater to different household sizes, with various floor plans accommodating families, couples, and professionals. This project is tailored to provide practical living in a well-connected area.
