Residential project in Steinhausen

This project encompasses a mixed-use development featuring 227 residential units distributed across ten buildings in a park-like setting. The design includes various types of living spaces catering to different needs, with a strong emphasis on common areas and green spaces. Residents will have access to amenities such as bicycle parking, extensive landscaped areas, and communal recreational zones that support both social interactions and individual retreats.

Among the planned features, 189 private apartments and 38 affordable rental apartments are offered. The buildings are designed with sustainability in mind, reflecting energy-efficient construction methods and providing residents with elements such as designated hobby rooms, cellars, and versatile areas for community events.
