Each apartment offers generous outdoor areas and views of the surrounding landscape, which include views of the lake and mountains. The development also features a cozy courtyard with a playground for communal living experiences.
Parking facilities include an underground garage that connects buildings one, two, and three, with specific spaces allocated for electric vehicle charging stations. Bicycle parking is provided, with each apartment receiving its designated spaces equipped with charging sockets for e-bikes. The double-family house offers private garages, further enhancing the residential experience.

The apartments feature a range of interior materials designed for durability and comfort. In houses one, two, and four, oak parquet flooring has been installed, creating a warm atmosphere throughout the living spaces. The kitchens are designed with green-toned floor tiles and cabinetry that harmonize with the interior color scheme.
For houses three and four, a practical and low-maintenance vinyl flooring in oak appearance is used, extending throughout the apartments, including the bathrooms and kitchens. The design integrates elements that connect the interior spaces with the outdoor environment, creating a cohesive living experience. Kitchen and bathroom spaces are outfitted with easy-to-clean surfaces, ensuring functionality and comfort for everyday use.
