Residential project in Gampelen

This residential development comprises two buildings, each containing six apartments, offering a total of twelve units. The apartments range in size from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms and feature private gardens for ground floor units, along with generous south-facing terraces for upper floors. The buildings are equipped with an elevator for easy access to all levels, and additional common features include bicycle storage and a laundry room equipped with washing and drying machines in each apartment.

The project incorporates energy-efficient technologies such as an underground heat pump system and a significant installation of 125 m² of photovoltaic solar panels.
