The interior construction features high-quality materials with a Minergie certification for energy efficiency. The apartments are designed to provide excellent insulation and comfort, with the following specifications:
- Walls constructed with 30 cm thickness for enhanced sound insulation.
- Flooring options include three-layer European oak parquet and ceramic tiles in various designs.
- Kitchens equipped with V-Zug appliances, including an induction stove, water tap, and fittings from KWC and Hansgrohe.
- Bathrooms feature modern fixtures and controlled ventilation systems for improved air quality.
