Residential project in Niederweningen

This project consists of six single-family row houses designed to provide spacious living environments in a natural setting. Each house features approximately 200 m² of living space, and includes a basement, main floor, and upper floor. The main living area provides direct access to a winter garden and landscaped areas, supporting both indoor and outdoor living. On the upper level, there are three rooms, with two connected to a terrace, and a bathroom. The master bedroom is situated in the attic and comes with a dressing area and ensuite bathroom. Ample storage space is incorporated throughout the houses.

The layout promotes interaction while also offering areas for privacy, as between the clusters of houses there are designated play and relaxation spaces. Each unit has access to private double garage spaces, and the exterior features well-defined pathways connecting the front and back of the houses. The project is sited to take advantage of unobstructed views of the surrounding nature, enhancing the living experience for residents.
