Am Ekk

This project consists of an extensive renovation of a historical building to create ten rental apartments. The residential mix includes three to four and a half room apartments, designed with functional floor plans and well-lit balconies and outdoor seating areas. The apartments combine historical architectural elements with modern finishes, resulting in a unique living environment that retains character and elegance.

The units feature private outdoor spaces such as balconies, terraces, or garden seating areas. On the upper level, a special four and a half room maisonette presents high ceilings, visible wooden beams, and an open gallery. Each apartment benefits from well-structured layouts, with closed kitchens equipped with adjacent storage areas, and bathrooms that include separate WCs and showers. The ground floor apartments provide direct access to outdoor space, enhancing the overall living experience.
