The buildings are designed with a robust construction quality featuring a reinforced concrete structural framework. The interior walls are made of masonry, while the external walls are insulated with mineral wool. The flooring will consist of three types of finishes, including floating parquet and fine stoneware tiles in wet areas. The kitchens will come equipped with standard appliances including ventilation systems, while each apartment will have integrated underfloor heating and soundproofing measures in place.
