Residential project in Grand-Lancy

This project consists of the construction of four villas, designed to provide high-performance energy standards. The villas are situated on three levels: a basement, ground floor, and upper floor, with usable areas ranging between 235 m² and 244 m². Each unit includes private gardens and two parking spaces, with additional shared garden space for residents.

The layout for each villa includes an entrance hall with a visitor toilet, an open kitchen that connects to a dining area and a living space featuring large glass doors leading to the terrace and garden. The upper floor contains three bedrooms, including a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and an additional shower room. The basement contains a spacious game room, another shower room, a cellar, and a technical room. A common civil defense shelter is located beneath the parking area.
