Residential project in Nesselnbach

The project consists of nine 4.5-room residential apartments located in three buildings. Each apartment has a gross floor area ranging from 108 to 115 m² and includes two parking spaces in an underground garage as well as a private outdoor area. Common elements include generous garden areas for ground floor apartments and balconies for upper floor units. The structure is built in accordance with Minergie-P standards, featuring ecological wooden construction methods, solar panels, and heat pumps for energy efficiency.

The layout of the apartments is designed to enhance living experience with open floor plans, ample natural light due to floor-to-ceiling windows, and picturesque views of the surrounding landscape. Unique features include individual garden plots for select apartments and options for customized interior finishes during the construction phase. Each building is limited to three apartments to ensure privacy and a community atmosphere.
