The design allows for a harmonious relationship between the built environment and natural elements, ensuring a calm living atmosphere with no surface motor traffic.

Structured into eight contemporary buildings, the apartments offer balanced volumes and generous terraces aimed at maximizing sunlight and views. Each unit provides ample natural light and private outdoor spaces, enhancing the living experience. The buildings are characterized by a moderate height of 2 to 3 stories, allowing for integration into the surrounding landscape while providing broad openings for views of the surrounding areas and the nearby mountains.
