Residential project in Altstetten

This project consists of approximately 140 rental apartments within a new building structure. The apartments range from 1.5 to 5.5 rooms, creating a variety of floor plans to accommodate diverse living needs. Additionally, the development includes almost 200 hotel rooms and commercial spaces at ground level, promoting accessibility and community engagement throughout the site. A notable feature is the publicly accessible garden terrace located on the first floor, providing communal outdoor space for residents and visitors.

The building is designed with multiple community areas, including a wellness center, fitness facilities, and a panoramic terrace reserved for residents. There are shared spaces for various activities such as gardening, gatherings, and family play areas on intermediate floors. The construction will incorporate ecological aspects, such as reused materials from the existing buildings and green areas, aligning with sustainability certifications aimed at enhancing the local community environment.
