Each building structure is designed to accommodate multiple floors, varying from ground levels to attics, providing diverse options for residents.

Noteworthy features of the project include private ownership of all units. The design incorporates substantial outdoor spaces as part of the apartments, with the primary units offering extensive square footage, ideal for utilization. Additionally, the project does not provide any rental units, emphasizing the focus on owner-occupied living spaces.
