Residential project in Oberkirch LU

This project consists of a residential complex comprising 45 rental apartments designed for various life stages. The apartments are distributed across two multi-family buildings and include units that are partially equipped for senior living. The layout accommodates different needs, offering compact 2.5-room apartments as well as larger 3.5, 4.5, and a 6.5-room apartment. Additional features include a publicly accessible Pilates and cycling studio on the ground floor, enhancing the living experience with opportunities for physical activity.

The buildings are developed in accordance with the LEA GOLD standards, ensuring that the living spaces are functional and accessible for all generations, from families with strollers to individuals with mobility challenges.
