The layout features three slightly staggered building bodies that create a seamless transition between the residential area and the natural surroundings. The construction utilizes a wooden frame with a solid base, integrating aesthetically with the environment while ensuring economic and ecological efficiency.

Each apartment includes private outdoor spaces, with ground-floor units featuring patios, balconies for upper floors, and terraces for penthouse apartments. Shared outdoor areas include a play and relaxation space for residents, and each apartment is allocated a cellar. A communal bicycle storage area is also available for tenants. Parking is provided with 16 spaces in the underground garage, available for a monthly fee.
