Residential project in Bülach

The project consists of a multi-family building comprising eight residential units. There are four units with 5.5 rooms and four units with 6.5 rooms. The structure features a dedicated entrance with an elevator and stairwell, ensuring direct access from the underground parking to the apartments. Each floor contains two apartments designed for comfort and practicality.

Each apartment incorporates a spacious living and dining area, bedrooms, a kitchen, and necessary ancillary rooms. The layout prioritizes a secluded sleeping area separated from the living space. Each unit includes significant outdoor areas, with patios of 31 m² for ground floor apartments and balconies of 17 m² to 18 m² for units on higher floors. The penthouse apartments are equipped with terraces ranging from 22 m² to 23 m². The design also accommodates flexible room configurations to suit family needs and home office use.
