Residential project in Bülach

This project consists of a multi-family residential building featuring eight apartments. The layout includes four 5.5-room units and four 6.5-room units, providing a variety of living options. Each floor accommodates two apartments, accessible via an elevator and stairwell from the underground parking garage. Each apartment includes a spacious living/dining area, kitchen, and necessary ancillary rooms, ensuring separation between living and sleeping areas. Outdoor spaces include patios of 31 m² for ground floor apartments, balconies of 17 to 18 m² for first and second floor units, and terraces of 22 to 23 m² for the penthouse apartments.

The building is equipped with a basement housing a parking garage with 16 spaces, bicycle storage, and additional cellar rooms. The project adheres to MINERGIE standards, featuring triple-glazed windows, a comfort ventilation system, and a heating supply from geothermal probes paired with a heat pump. A photovoltaic system is installed on the roof. The structure is built using solid construction methods, with external insulation and a green flat roof, contributing to energy efficiency and sustainability.
