Residential project in Oerlikon

This project consists of new construction of 2.5 and 3.5-room ownership apartments. There are a total of 12 units distributed across multiple floors, with two distinct types of apartments: 2.5-room units with a floor area of approximately 51 to 52.5 square meters and 3.5-room units with a floor area of 81 square meters. Each apartment includes designated cellar spaces ranging from 7 square meters, and select units feature terraces ranging from 10 to 38 square meters.

The building is designed with multiple floors, including ground floor and upper levels, providing a variety of living options. Common areas may include shared facilities, and the project may incorporate features such as private entrances for some units. The outdoor spaces include terraces that enhance the living experience by providing additional outdoor areas for residents.
