Residential project in Les Giettes

This project consists of four chalets designed with 4.5 and 6.5 room layouts, featuring gross floor areas ranging from 160 m² to 230 m². Each unit includes a basement and multiple levels, facilitating a spacious environment. The chalets are constructed in a natural setting at an altitude of 1,100 meters, providing access to outdoor spaces and tranquil surroundings. Unique features include underfloor heating, individually controlled thermostats, and the use of sustainable energy with an ELCO air-to-water heat pump system.

The architectural style focuses on wood-frame facades, which contribute to thermal and acoustic insulation and seismic resistance. The construction incorporates high-performance insulation, including wood fiber and Fermacell panels. Other amenities may include provision for electric blinds and customizable finishes, allowing homeowners to tailor their spaces according to personal preferences.
