Architectural Vision

This project consists of a new multi-family residential building featuring four ownership apartments and one studio. The layout includes light-filled rooms with large window areas and open kitchens equipped with cooking islands. Additional features include a basement with hobby rooms and cellar spaces, as well as underground parking with XL-width parking spaces.
The building is constructed to the Minergie-P standard, ensuring high energy efficiency. It incorporates a geothermal heat pump with free cooling and photovoltaic panels for renewable energy generation. The apartments are equipped with electric roller shutters, a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, and additional storage spaces. Each unit includes outdoor areas, such as terraces and gardens, designed for private use, contributing to the overall living quality.

The construction quality includes solid brick and reinforced concrete walls with external thermal insulation of 240 mm. The building features triple-glazed windows with a U-value of 0.8 W/m2K, providing effective sound insulation and thermal performance. Interior finishes include high-quality solid wood parquet flooring in all living and sleeping areas, while the ceilings are finished with white plaster and walls with felt plaster. Bathrooms are equipped with modern sanitary fixtures and fittings from Hansgrohe, including walk-in showers and double sinks.
Kitchen installations feature high-quality built-in kitchens with anti-fingerprint surfaces, ceramic worktops, and Miele appliances, including a BORA Pure induction cooktop with an integrated extraction system. The apartments also include various electrical installations, such as media connections for TV and internet, and provisions for smart home control. Outdoor areas are finished with high-quality paving, and each unit has a designated bike storage area with washing facilities.
