Residential project in Halden

This project consists of four single-family houses, each with a total floor area of 148 m² and 5.5 rooms. The layout includes an open living, dining, and kitchen area on the ground floor, three rooms and a bathroom on the upper floor, and a fully developed basement. Each house features a double garage, two outdoor parking spaces, and a garden with a terrace. The construction is currently in the planning phase, allowing buyers to customize kitchen, bathroom, and material selections.

The houses are built on a hillside, providing views and a natural setting. Each unit is designed with a heat pump and underfloor heating for efficient climate control. Additional features include electric roller shutters, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a usable attic space. The project is based on the completed houses A and B, which showcase the planned standard of construction and can be visited for reference.
