Residential project in Waldstatt

This project consists of three residential buildings featuring a total of 19 ownership apartments. The units range from 3.5 to 6.5 rooms, with floor areas between 103.4 m² and 221.7 m², complemented by outdoor spaces such as terraces and private gardens. The buildings are designed with thoughtful layouts, including spacious living areas and generous outdoor areas, along with a basement that accommodates cellar spaces and hobby rooms.
The construction adheres to the certified Minergie standard, integrating features such as photovoltaic systems, geothermal heating, cooling functions, and controlled apartment ventilation. Each apartment can be individually customized, and the project includes features like large terraces, private gardens, and unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape.
