Residential project in St-Imier

This project consists of ten semi-detached houses built using prefabricated wooden structures. The development is organized into three groups, with two groups containing two houses each and a third group comprising six houses. Each unit has its own entrance and private garden, eliminating the constraints typically associated with collective housing. All houses are equipped with an air-water heat pump and photovoltaic panels on the roof, adhering to SIA construction standards. Each residence includes a designated parking space, cellar, and private garden, with the option for future owners to select finishes from a curated list of materials in the contractor's showroom.

The project features a total of ten units, all designed for individual ownership. The living spaces range from 134 m² to 217 m², with gardens varying in size from 21 m² to 61 m². Each house includes energy-efficient heating systems and insulation, along with amenities such as a private parking space and individual cellars. The construction is carried out by local companies, ensuring a connection to the regional craftsmanship. The overall layout promotes a community feel while providing the privacy of individual homes.
