The units range in size from 103.3 m² to 171 m² and feature multiple configurations of three to five and a half rooms, with terrace areas enhancing outdoor living options. Each apartment includes practical amenities such as open-plan layouts in kitchen and living areas, storage solutions, and dedicated laundry facilities.
