This project consists of four chalets, each with a basement and three levels, featuring layouts of 4.5 or 6.5 rooms and gross floor areas between 160 m² and 230 m². Located at an altitude of 1,100 meters, the chalets include underfloor heating, customizable finishes, and are constructed with wood-frame facades for insulation and stability. Each unit may also have provisions for electric blinds and outdoor patio spaces.

Residential complex with 68 accessible apartments, consisting of 32 ownership units in two northern buildings and commercial spaces in three southern buildings designated for rental purposes. The project features a blend of modern living with nature, situated in an eco-neighborhood with green parks and play areas.

This residential project includes 14 apartments ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms, distributed over multiple floors. The development features amenities such as private cellars, external and covered parking, hobby rooms, and a centralized laundry area. Each apartment is equipped with modern appliances, built-in wardrobes, and controlled ventilation systems.
