«Wogeno Sursee» is a residential complex consisting of 13 diverse apartments ranging from 1½ to 3½ rooms, with living areas varying between 31.5 m² and 81.6 m². The apartments are interconnected through an open staircase, enhancing the architectural appeal and fostering a sense of community among residents.
The project emphasizes sustainability by utilizing environmentally friendly materials and adhering to the strict 2000-Watt standards as per the SIA efficiency pathway. It incorporates a district heating connection, which uses waste heat from an industrial operation, aligning with contemporary climate-friendly norms. The design aims for a resource-conserving and eco-friendly lifestyle, reflected in the provision of only 6 parking spaces to encourage the use of sustainable transportation.
