Villas Lucia

«Villas Lucia» is a residential project consisting of three villas located in a residential area. Each villa encompasses a total floor area of approximately 126 m², featuring a functional layout that includes an entrance hall with a dressing area, a guest toilet, and an open kitchen connected to the dining area. The design facilitates the incorporation of generous terraces, providing privacy and comfort to residents.

The project incorporates outdoor amenities, including two parking spaces for each villa, one covered to enhance acoustic comfort away from the road. The entrance courtyard is paved, and a landscaped area is designed to give a pleasant view from the kitchen. Additionally, there is a basement level offering flexible use with high ceilings and multiple daylight openings.

Each villa is built with a focus on energy efficiency, equipped with an independent air/water heat pump and solar panels on a green roof. This allows residents to manage their energy consumption efficiently, contributing to a sustainable living environment.
