The project comprises seven residential units in the municipality of Stein am Rhein, featuring a mix of 4.5-room ground-floor apartments with loggias and/or garden terraces, 3.5-room maisonette apartments equipped with atriums and balconies, and a 2.5-room apartment that boasts ample natural light. Each apartment is designed with private entrances, living kitchens, utility rooms, built-in wardrobes, and laundry facilities. High-quality outdoor spaces include atriums, garden terraces, loggias, and balconies, with each unit connected to the underground parking via a lift for direct access.
Distinct features of the project include a ventilated wooden façade, a geothermal heating system with free cooling capabilities, and a solar power installation on the roof. The architecture by Igual&Guggenheim showcases a design that integrates harmoniously with the surrounding environment, emphasizing both aesthetics and comfort in a desirable location overlooking the scenic landscape.
