The construction quality is exemplified by materials such as triple-layer European oak parquet flooring that includes a 3 mm wear layer for durability. Buildings are insulated with a 30 cm wall thickness to enhance acoustic privacy between apartments, contributing to a peaceful living environment. Each apartment features an innovative floor plan designed to maximize natural light and create spacious layouts conducive to comfortable living arrangements.
Interior finishes include premium kitchen and bathroom fixtures such as V-Zug appliances, BORA Pure induction stoves, Quooker water taps, and KWC fittings. The bathrooms are equipped with Hansgrohe Rainshower fixtures along with water-saving toilets and multi-functional showers. Flooring options include:
- Three-layer oak parquet: Trendpark smoked oak with natural oil
