The project consists of a mixed-use development featuring 20 rental apartments and approximately 600 square meters of commercial space in Ibach. The buildings are structured into four stories, designed to accommodate a range of apartment types from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms. Each apartment benefits from large common areas, elevator access via two staircases, and designated cellar compartments in the attic space. Additionally, the project includes around 100 parking spaces in the surrounding area for both residents and commercial use.

Unique features of the residential offerings include expansive living spaces with views towards the Mythen or the Brunnen-See, and in some cases, cross-views towards Ibach or Fronalp. A sizable underground garage is included, providing 30 parking spots along with charging stations for electric vehicles. Moreover, the property has dedicated storage and bike parking spaces accessible directly from the street and lifts connecting to the main entrance.
