Gleislaube

The project «Gleislaube» is a mixed-use development located in Wettingen, designed to combine residential, commercial, and service facilities. The development comprises two buildings, which will feature a total of 111 rental apartments distributed across several floors. The apartments come in various configurations, including 2.5, 3.5, and select 4.5-room units, along with innovative cluster apartments aimed at communal living. This setup promotes a diverse and flexible living environment catering to modern urban lifestyles.

In addition to residential units, the ground floors of the buildings will accommodate retail and gastronomic spaces, enhancing the local economy and community interaction. The design includes communal areas, such as spacious terraces and green spaces, promoting social gatherings and outdoor activities. The development aims to integrate seamlessly into the surrounding area, providing essential amenities for residents and the broader Wettingen community.
