Im Unterstein

The project «Im Unterstein» consists of three multi-family houses featuring a total of 29 ownership apartments designed to accommodate singles, couples, and families. The residences range from modern 2½-room to spacious 5½-room units, providing ample living space for various needs. Each building incorporates practical amenities, including parking spaces, cellar storage, hobby rooms, and communal areas to enhance the living experience.

The design includes high-quality finishes such as elegant parquet flooring and exposed concrete ceilings. The kitchens are equipped with handle-less cabinetry, integrated extraction hoods, and premium granite countertops, ensuring functionality and style. Additionally, generous bathrooms come with integrated laundry facilities, featuring washing machines and tumble dryers for convenience. Many apartments also offer access to outdoor spaces to enhance outdoor living enjoyment.

Sustainability is a key aspect of this development, as it incorporates a connection to a district heating network for CO₂-reduced heating. Furthermore, photovoltaic systems will be installed on the rooftops, providing renewable energy that contributes to environmental sustainability. E-charging stations for electric vehicles can be added in the underground garage as needed, aligning with modern energy solutions.
