St.Galler Pensionskasse
«•••••••» is a multi-purpose development comprising of five residential and commercial buildings, alongside a restaurant located in a historic former freight building. The project integrates various functionalities, including residential apartments, commercial spaces, and communal areas, thereby enhancing the overall livability of the locality. In total, there are 90 residential units designed in various layouts suitable for different demographics, ranging from singles to families.
The residential buildings are designed across multiple levels, each accommodating a mix of unit sizes from 1.5 to 4.5 rooms. This diverse range caters to both younger residents and families, with some apartments positioned to overlook a newly created community square while others are set around landscaped green spaces. The layout and design of the buildings emphasize the connection between residential and communal living, benefiting from shared amenities and spaces.
Unique features of the development include bicycle parking facilities, a communal courtyard, and dedicated hobby rooms. The project also includes features aimed at supporting future flexibility in use, with heights and groundwork designed to facilitate potential adaptions. Additionally, the development adheres to the Minergie® standard, ensuring compliance with contemporary sustainability criteria while maintaining a functional work-live environment for users.

The interior finishes of the apartments in «•••••••» utilize quality materials and construction techniques. Each living space features the following:
- Flooring in living areas: parquet
- Kitchen design: equipped with modern appliances including a glass ceramic induction cooktop, combination steam oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment.
- Bathroom fixtures: fitted with a washing machine and dryer combination, as well as sanitary fittings in accordance with contemporary standards.
The buildings incorporate energy-efficient heating systems with floor heating and regulation in individual rooms. High-performance insulation is applied in walls, with triple glazing in windows to enhance thermal performance. The choice of construction materials includes:
- Concrete supports
- Mineral wool insulation
- Back-ventilated facades made of Alucobond elements and wooden cladding
Additional infrastructure includes a spacious underground parking garage with direct access to the building, surface parking, and facilities for bicycles. Each unit provides access to personal storage space and shared hobby rooms, enhancing the overall functionality of the living environment.
