This project consists of a multi-family building designed to accommodate eight residential units. There are six rental apartments categorized into three 3.5-room units, two 4.5-room units (one on the ground floor and one duplex), and one 5.5-room duplex apartment. Residents have access to private outdoor spaces in the form of garden seating areas or balconies. Additionally, a communal garden is available for socializing and relaxation, contributing to the overall living experience.

The building is equipped with modern amenities including an underground parking garage where parking spaces can be rented. For cyclists, bike parking is provided both in the basement and in the outdoor area. The structure employs an earth probe heat pump that supplies heating via underfloor heating, with a free cooling system operational in the summer. A photovoltaic system is installed on the roof to provide sustainable energy for the apartments.
