Residential project in Baden

This project consists of a multi-family building containing eight rental apartments in total. Six of these units range from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms, accommodating different living needs. The apartments are designed to ensure a thoughtful layout, with spacious areas connected from the entrance through the kitchen and dining area to the living space. The illumination allows for natural light to permeate through these areas, optimizing the experience within each unit. Additionally, the upper levels of the maisonette-style apartments include individual bedrooms situated separately from shared living spaces.

The property features both private and shared outdoor areas. Residents have access to either a garden seating area or a balcony, allowing for outdoor relaxation.
