This project consists of a multi-family building containing eight rental apartments in total. Six of these units range from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms, accommodating different living needs. The apartments are designed to ensure a thoughtful layout, with spacious areas connected from the entrance through the kitchen and dining area to the living space. The illumination allows for natural light to permeate through these areas, optimizing the experience within each unit. Additionally, the upper levels of the maisonette-style apartments include individual bedrooms situated separately from shared living spaces.
The property features both private and shared outdoor areas. Residents have access to either a garden seating area or a balcony, allowing for outdoor relaxation. A community garden located to the west serves as a social space and a recreational area for residents to engage with one another. The overall architectural design reflects a modern approach with natural materials that harmonize with the surrounding environment, contributing to a cohesive appearance.
An efficient heating system is integrated into this complex with a geothermal heat pump that provides underfloor heating. During warmer months, a free cooling system can activate the floor pipes for optimal temperature management. An installed photovoltaic system on the roof of the top floor ensures a consistent and sustainable energy supply for the apartments. Each rental unit offers the option to lease a parking space in the underground garage, with additional bicycle parking available both in the basement and above ground.
