Residential project in Niederwangen b. Bern

This project consists of a residential complex comprising a total of 240 rental apartments located on the Papillon site. The development features distinct layouts of 2.5 to 4.5 room apartments with net living areas ranging from 60 to 120 m². The buildings include amenities such as a cellar for each apartment, 14 parking spaces for cars, and motorcycle parking. Green spaces are integrated within and around the complex, contributing to the overall livability of the project.

The design incorporates sustainable elements such as earth probe heat pumps and photovoltaic systems, which enable the buildings to achieve the 2000-Watt Area certification. Additionally, the complex has been recognized as a Plus Energy neighborhood due to its ability to produce more energy than it consumes. The wooden facade serves as a visual connection between residential units and outdoor areas, enhancing the interaction between inhabitants and their natural surroundings.
