This project consists of two multi-family homes with a total of 16 residential units, including apartments that range from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms. Each unit features private outdoor areas such as loggias and gardens, and the complex includes two underground levels that provide storage rooms and a parking garage with 25 spaces for residents. The design includes individual entrances for select apartments and practical amenities designed to meet varied residential needs.
