Each apartment features landscaped outdoor areas, private cellars, and parking options, while interior specifications include triple-layer walls for sound insulation and energy-efficient appliances in kitchens and bathrooms. The design promotes a balance between quiet living environments and communal interaction through shared spaces and outdoor facilities.
