The project includes six 4.5-room ownership apartments spread across three floors and two semi-detached family houses with 5.5 rooms each, featuring a total of two floors. The design incorporates private outdoor spaces, such as balconies and terraces, along with a shared underground garage. Accessibility is ensured through a barrier-free structure with an elevator, and construction incorporates a heat pump system and photovoltaic elements for energy supply.
