This project consists of three villas in Villars-sur-Glâne, each with a net living area of 137 m² across five half-levels. Each villa includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms with skylights, a large living area connected to a terrace and garden, and features such as geothermal heating and photovoltaic panels. The construction includes triple glazing windows and sound-proofing between units, with customization options available for interior finishes.
