The project consists of five dual-family homes, each featuring 6.5 rooms spread over multiple levels, with a total of 10 apartment units available. The homes incorporate large windows for expansive views and are equipped with a photovoltaic system for CO2-neutral energy. Residents can customize interior designs while benefiting from communal amenities like hobby rooms and cellar spaces.
