This project consists of four single-family villas, each with a floor area of 276.95 m² and an outdoor terrace of 42 m², spread over three floors including a basement. Each villa includes a parking space and features a ground-source heat pump, underfloor heating, and a MYKO home automation system for household control. The design allows for future installation of a fireplace or stove, and common areas with green spaces enhance the living environment.
