This project consists of eight house units, each with five rooms and multi-level layouts. Each unit includes outdoor spaces such as gardens, loggias, and cellars, with floor areas ranging from 185 to 201 square meters and garden areas from 86 to 156 square meters. The construction focuses on soundproofing and functionality, with well-designed interiors and quality kitchen and bathroom fixtures.
