This project consists of three newly constructed chalets offering a total of 15 residential units, each varying in size from 83 to 224 square meters. The development features private gardens, balconies with mountain views for upper floor apartments, and customizable floor plans for early buyers. Architectural elements include traditional balconies, white stucco bases, and larch wood facades, characteristic of the local style.
