This project consists of 14 ownership apartments with layouts ranging from 3.5 to 4.5 rooms, incorporating sustainable features such as a wooden facade, photovoltaic systems, and geothermal heating. Residents have access to underground parking and common green spaces, with designs that facilitate natural light and spacious interiors. Located in Zofingen, the apartments aim to blend with the surrounding landscape and offer scenic views.
