It includes amenities such as a basement for hobby rooms, a double-decker bicycle parking system, and an underground garage prepared for electric vehicle charging. Each apartment meets accessibility standards and offers integrated kitchen appliances, spacious balconies in select units, and shared outdoor spaces such as playgrounds and barbecue areas.
