This project features eight rental apartments located in a newly constructed building, with a mix of 3.5 and 4.5 room configurations across three floors. Each apartment includes private outdoor space, in-unit washing machines and dryers, and allocated parking options. The building also boasts a sustainable photovoltaic installation for electricity generation and provides common areas for residents.
