This project consists of 49 rental apartments and a medical center, designed to create an integrated living and working environment within a park setting. Features include supported apartments, flexible practice areas, commercial spaces, and a restaurant, all with an underground parking garage and bicycle parking. The residential units will incorporate practical layouts with potential outdoor spaces and sound insulation for privacy.
