This project consists of two exclusive single-family houses, each featuring 5.5 rooms and multiple levels, including a basement, ground floor, upper floor, and attic. The larger house has a total floor area of 276 m² and a patio area of 64 m², while the smaller house offers 261 m² of floor space and a patio area of 41.05 m². Each home is positioned on its own plot, ensuring privacy while providing opportunities for customized interior designs.

This project consists of two multi-family homes with a total of 16 ownership apartments, featuring layouts that vary from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms. Each apartment includes private outdoor areas such as balconies or garden spaces, and residents have access to an underground parking garage and personal storage rooms. The building incorporates winter gardens with movable glass elements, enhancing the connection to outdoor spaces throughout the year.

Residential complex with 16 ownership units across two multifamily buildings, featuring 2.5 to 5.5 room apartments. The project includes dedicated parking spaces, bicycle storage, and outdoor areas with gardens and terraces, along with adherence to the Minergie standard for energy efficiency. Units are designed for privacy and functionality, with spacious balconies, modern kitchen appliances, and centralized heating systems.
