This project consists of four chalets, each with a basement and three levels, featuring layouts of 4.5 or 6.5 rooms and gross floor areas between 160 m² and 230 m². Located at an altitude of 1,100 meters, the chalets include underfloor heating, customizable finishes, and are constructed with wood-frame facades for insulation and stability. Each unit may also have provisions for electric blinds and outdoor patio spaces.
